  This staff is not very competent. The one phlebotomist had to stick me at least 3 times in the past 3 visits. The other is shady. She makes disingenuous comments and jokes. I feel uncomfortable. I won't recommend this office.

  I would not recommend this quest to anyone. I felt less than comfortable with the phlebotomist at this location. She seemed confused with my doctors script and made it obvious she was irritated, she was stern and shrewd with her tone (not out right rude, but definitely borderline rude). In the middle of my blood draw she told me she wasn't doing one of draws for a blood test my dr requested! It was one of the biggest reasons I was getting bloodwork done and it has to be done within a certain time frame during pregnancy to test for pregnancy/fetal abnormalities. When I asked why not, she claims she didn't have enough information and that it was late in the day. She told me to come back another day and was very "point blank". I've never had a phlebotomist decide what blood work she was, and wasn't going to do without at least getting ahold of a medical doctor/office who put the order in. I'm calling my doctor and getting my labs done somewhere else. Oh and an added bonus, my arm is all black and blue where she drew blood and has been sore for 2 days.
